For one of largest social media companies in the world, its compliance assurance program is essential to ensuring its operations are aligned with global regulations on privacy. As part of this program, the business needed to optimize its Assessor Request Workflow — a key process that involves triaging compliance requests, managing complex cases, delivering important documentation, and more.

Previously, the company had relied on four separate vendors to manage this workflow. But by 2023, it selected OP to consolidate oversight across everything. We took immediate action to enhance efficiency and streamline the process even further. From implementing automation to harnessing data for more effective reporting to mobilizing our global teams for 24/5 coverage and surge support, we’ve delivered a substantial improvement in the organization’s compliance approach.

And the results have been tangible. Since stepping in, we’ve scaled down the Assessor Request Workflow team by 50% while simultaneously handling 20% more cases. Across its parks segment, Disney had decided to leverage Clarity PPM — a project and portfolio management software that helps businesses oversee everything from finances to operational roadmaps — to more efficiently manage its services, resources, and people. But they couldn’t do it alone. Its team needed partners with deep Clarity PPM expertise to help roll out this effort quickly and smoothly.

OP provided our own group of Clarity PPM-proficient project managers, business analysts, developers, and QA testers to support Disney throughout the engagement. Our professionals collaborated directly with the Disney team — helping to create universal terminology across the organization by reducing 600 custom definitions to 15 common ones, as well as standardize projects across the parks. And with these wins, Disney was able to optimize value even more for its organization.
